I have started using them last month and till' now i have been very satisfied with their service. I guess they can upgrade their cars for new models but service is good.
Good solid operation, drivers know the area and you feel safe. I took an Uber, drivers GPS crashed and we got lost then driver made me feel unsafe. McCues drivers know where they are going and you feel safe.
Called this cab service instead of taking the public transportation in hopes of making it to work on time. I asked for a pick up of time of 8:15, finally at 8:20 when I hadn't heard or seen anything, I had called back and they said they were at a different address. When that was all sorted and the cab arrived, I was still a patient because I was still going to make it to work on time. However, I was taken to a variety of different routes (I guess to avoid traffic) but a 28 minute ride in heavy traffic (according to the GPS on my phone) took 40 minutes so I did still ended up arriving to work late. Then as I'm getting ready to pay my $37 cab ride, which was more than I would have paid if I had just gone ten more miles to the airport) using a credit card, the credit card machine decides there's a communication error and doesn't want to accept not just one, but 4 of my credit cards. I did not receive an apology and on top of that, the cab driver continues to claim that it must be issues with my cards instead of taking fault that it was obviously his machine that was having issues! So not having cash the cab drivers asks me to withdraw money from a bank that I don't belong to so I was changed a $3 processing fee. He said he would pay me back that fee; however, when I returned to the cab to give him the money, he didn't pay me back the processing fee like he said he would. I didn't receive an apology nor any type of method in trying to rectify any of these issues. The whole experience was ridiculous and I will never use this company again.
I have been using them for years, never had a problem. I would rather pay a little more for a professional transportation service than use an app which the drivers aren't checked before.
I have been using their services regularly for a few years now. The cars are old but they are ALWAYS on time, usually 5 minutes early to pick me up.
