Friendly, knowledgeable staff those are happy to answer questions and find someone who can if they don't know the answer. I did have a couple of keys made there that didn't work, but they re-cut them for free with no questions. Good customer service and very helpful people
I've been going to Coolidge for 20 years and there isn't a Hardware store I'd rather go to. The employees and Manny the owner are great. Very knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful.
