I continue to train as a track and field sprinter and regularly sought out Elite Massage for both treatment due to injury as well as injury prevention and general relief. I have rarely experienced the attention Elite Massage provides in recognizing the imbalances, soreness and tightness my body has exhibited. The treatment has always been specifically targeted and exactly what was necessary to help heal, align or simply recover from training. I frequently refer teammates and athletes I coach to Elite Massage (and have rarely recommended other establishments).
Since I have moved, I have not had the opportunity to return for an Elite Massage in quite some time, BUT I was for a time a regular.
I had a terrific deep tissue massage with Jean at Elite Massage. We had a thorough discussion before the massage about what I needed and also a debrief afterwards. Jean also suggested some stretches that I could do. She took a therapeutic approach to the work that my body needed. It was right on! I also appreciated that a one hour massage actually went for a full hour as it doesn't at many places. I highly recommend Jean at Elite Massage!
This is a wonderful place to come for a massage. I was VERY impressed with the massage therapist. She took time to go over my history before so that she could really focus on what was needed, put me at ease while on the table, and afterwards she even gave me some stretches to do on my own time. The only reason I did not give five stars was because I have found it difficult in the past to book an appointment using their online schedule system.
I went here for sports massage when I lived in Mass. I was training for the Boston Marathon at the time and couldn't ask for better massages! They really helped me loosen up for my runs and helped my flexibility. Very relaxing as well. Everyone is so nice there, highly recommended!!!
Great massage in a very convenient location with very accessible parking. Masseuses have been very good and made sure to work for the full hour. My only complaint would be that one of the rooms is right next to the reception area and it can get a little noisy.
