I called on a Tuesday at 1030am and have been waiting for somebody to pick up the phone. I've waited for 20 minutes and called several times and still don't have anybody to answer the phone! This big store and not one person can answer the phone.... Useless... I still need to cancel my order.
Ordered a product that was in stock at the store to overnight to my address. Not only did they not overnight it and charge me for overnight but it took an entire week to get to me. The store never even sent it to UPS until 4 days late. On top of this it took me an hour and a half to get ahold of someone each time I called and was told it would be there by end of day multiple times/days. Was expecting better service than this from Best Buy. Looks like I will be using Amazon instead when it comes to anything related to electronics.

This is re Moto G (3rd gen) cell phone. I purchased this unlocked phone 2 years ago to use in Europe which I did for a month. A few days ago when I purchased a T-mobile plan I decided to use this phone. Unfortunately, the ring doesn't work. I had the phone diagnosed and the techie told me that the speaker is broken. Now I have to replace the speaker... This phone was not cheap when I bought it at Best Buy. It was $229... As for the sales people at Best Buy, Watertown, MA, they are always very helpful.
We went in to purchase a new desktop for personal use, as well as a new laptop for business use. Both times, we were greeted warmly and quickly helped. The sales associates were able to find us the best deal possible, while still meeting our spec. requirements. We actually spent a little less than expected! Two thumbs way up, keep up the great work!
