Great Michael the supervisor in the cell phone tech section has been fabulous and one of the best experiences I've had dealing with a cell phone so I want to give him 10 Stars that's it
Overall, store very messy, clothing on floor, shelves messy and unorganized. Staff very rude, talking with each other more than helping customers.
had a nightmare of a trip here a few weeks ago. my 5 year old daughter wanted, as her most-asked-for gift, a certain disney princess castle, and my wife a pair of pjs. i grabbed some pjs off a $10 discount rack and the last of the particular Lego sets. at the register, it turned out the pjs were mispriced and actually $30 (i later returned to target in Cambridge) and the lego set I noticed the tape on the box looked different, a little too prominent. the cashier convinced me that's just how they come. fast forward to xmas morning, when my daughter opened the box. the castle, it appears, was previously purchased, put together, then taken apart and returned! the stickers we're all put on (crooked), the pieces were put into zip lock bags, some pieces were missing, and so were the directions! i got directions on line so we could put together what we had (obviously the 5year old demanded we build it right then). we checked target's website and they do not have the product in stock any where. my wife called yesterday and the best they can do for us is give us credit for the product once we return it. clearly we're not going to take away her castle, however incomplete, especially if we can't replace it. she's traumatized by the ordeal as it is. so it appears mediocrity wins again, but I know where I won't be shopping next xmas (or any other day for that matter)! thank target for crushing Xmas dreams, I'll be posting the pictures of the legos in bags to these review sites.
Well. . I have been to lot of target stores but this one is not that good. It's messy and you won't find things you are looking for here. I prefer self checkout here as those lanes are more and faster than others. Parking is in abundance and you don't have to worry about that. Food section doesn't have lot of vegetables so don't assume that you can buy all groceries here but bath section is decent in terms of variety.
Honestly, as far as Targets go, this one is just middle of the road. It felt kind of dirty and in the toy section it smelled like a trash can. The staff I talked to were fine but they also had no idea what I was asking for and brusquely pushed me off into a random aisle so they could disappear. Not a big deal, just slightly annoying.
Waited over 25 minutes for trying on room for my 11 yr old son because they said there is only one room for males. No male came out then suddenly a room was available, not sure how that happened. Woman at trying on room extremely rude. When I asked if I could go in with him to a family trying on room she said no because he was a male, that we needed to wait for the one male room to be available. Incredible.
