So slow, one teller and a line of people you are going to wait about 30 minutes or longer especially when you have to get back to work yourself
40 minute wait in line for one teller serving a line of customers. Then an $8 fee to cash a check drawn on B of A. This bank is terrible.
Every single time I come here, there is a long line and the most I've ever seen tellers was 2 in one of the biggest banks centers I've visited. If you're in a hurry, DO NOT visit this location. Go anywhere else but here. Don't waste 30 min in line. I'm writting this as I'm waiting for 20 min for 2 people in front of me to be helped.
I called bank of America this afternoon let them know that my ATM card was eaten by the ATM machine and the guy that I was talking to hangup on me and I was not finished what I was saying. That was very rude.
