The only redeeming quality about this particular Panera is the staff. The food we were served during our visit left us wanting. Both sandwiches ordered were bread with sauce. I recommend spending the extra five minutes to drive to Newton.
I would say this is an average location. It's what you would expect from a Panera. My big issue is that there is zero parking. If you think you are going to be able to drive over, get a salad, and leave in 10 minutes think again. I spent 15 minutes driving around in the parking deck to find out that they were only doing valet parking for that day. Cars were lined up like it was Logan Airport. It makes their $3.99 delivery fee on GrubHub look attractive.
I had the misfortune of having lunch here with my family on a Saturday afternoon. Place is filthy . I actually commented to my husband that it's dirtier than any McDonald's!!! Tables not cleaned after customers leave, slow service and questionable food. ( I was unsure how fresh my chicken noodle soup was). Not coming back to this particular Panera bread!
Panera is my standard for good CLEAN food and this visit did not disappoint. I had a big order and they were patient and helpful; all the while making useful recommendations. Daron sets the bar on good customer service and empathy.
Stopped in for a quick breakfast (that’s great), but the the review is for the girl working the register today. So unbelievably nice and accommodating to all the customers that I wanted to note it.
